Welcome.

This site is designed to help and update every small group leader, whether novice or veteran, to encourage them to do and continue doing the privilege of making disciples.

My prayer is also for every local church pastor, who are in transition to apply a strategy and a process of discipleship as a form of giving each member a shot at ministry; to be able to assist them in engaging the lost world around them.

I first came to know the Lord Jesus Christ during my college days in June of 1984. I now lead one of our congregations in Metro Manila. I am married to Judy with two children; Elle and John Philip.

Though I’m a senior pastor of Victory Christian Fellowship -Ortigas (Manila, Philippines), the ideas and opinions expressed in this blog are entirely my own and not necessarily reflect Victory’s.
